As part of the construction of a new residential building located in a prestigious and well-served area, the office acted as BIM consultant for the design of the modern four-story residential complex. The intervention aimed to optimize the construction process, ensuring maximum control over material quantities and cost estimates, fully respecting the investment budget set by the General Contractor.

Through a data-driven and integrated approach, the BIM methodology allowed potential design issues to be anticipated and resolved, preventing conflicts between MEP systems, structures, and architecture. This enabled the entire process to be optimized, reducing unforeseen issues and ensuring greater efficiency in managing the relationship between resources and construction timelines.
