As part of a multidisciplinary project involving a diverse team of professionals, the studio provided significant BIM consultancy for the creation of an innovative office space within the industrial complex of Orchidea Frutta. The intervention focused on an existing warehouse, aiming to optimize the architectural, structural, and MEP design through an integrated and highly technological approach.

In particular, the design of the main entrance and the new office area on the upper floor required careful coordination among the various technical disciplines involved. The project posed both engineering and architectural challenges, especially in managing the complex clashes between HVAC systems and the existing prefabricated structures, which featured different installation levels.

The adoption of the BIM methodology allowed potential issues related to the integration of new installations with the existing structure to be identified and resolved in advance, minimizing the risk of unforeseen problems during construction and optimizing project execution.

In addition to technical coordination, the studio produced detailed graphical documentation, including the functional layout of the offices, the design of the entrance, and plans for the plasterboard structures, ensuring a clear vision of the intervention and efficient management of the construction processes.
