The renovation of this property in Casamassima stemmed from the need to rethink the internal layout, with particular focus on the living room, characterized by a central entrance. To address this peculiarity, a brise-soleil system integrated with a TV console was designed, serving as both a visual and spatial filter, providing clearer separation between the entrance and the living area without compromising the continuity of the spaces.

Another distinctive feature of the project is the kitchen, custom-designed to optimize the limited space, combining functionality with aesthetics. The tailored design allowed every available centimeter to be maximized, without sacrificing the refinement of materials and finishes.

The intervention also included the refurbishment of plasterboard elements, a detailed lighting design, and a complete interior design for both the living and sleeping areas. Attention to detail, the use of custom solutions, and a carefully selected material palette have given the spaces a contemporary identity, achieving a perfect balance between comfort and elegance.
