Nestled in the picturesque rural landscape of the province of Murcia, Finca O is a private residence designed to harmoniously integrate with the natural surroundings, combining modernity and tradition. The topography of the land guided the design, which was developed on two levels to accommodate the site's morphology. The home, characterized by essential architectural lines and pure volumes, features a large garage, a swimming pool, and a guesthouse, offering distinctive, high-end spaces.

The high-quality finishes, requested by the client, interact with the materiality of the local stone, creating a balance between elegance and a connection to the local area. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows promote visual continuity between interior and exterior, enhancing natural light and the surrounding landscape. The project integrates passive design strategies, optimizing thermal comfort and energy efficiency, with particular attention to mitigating solar radiation during the summer months.

The project, developed in the preliminary phase, was then supervised in collaboration with a local technician for permits. The execution phase was completed thanks to a series of remote consultations and on-site supervision by technicians. This project demonstrates the firm's ability to operate in an international context, with a German client and a construction site in Spain, consolidating its experience in managing projects on a global scale.
