An exclusive gym has been created within the prestigious Parchitello Alta+ residential complex, designed to accommodate mid- to high-end villas. This space has been meticulously designed to ensure a high-level exercise experience, perfectly blending with the complex's refined and private setting.

Our contribution to the project included BIM modeling and the production of drawings, with the aim of optimizing the quantity of materials required from the preliminary stages. This approach allowed for an accurate estimate of construction costs, ensuring consistency between design, budget, and construction quality.

The gym is part of a larger sports and recreational area, designed to further enhance the residential value of Parchitello Alta+, offering residents a service that combines well-being, luxury, and elegant design.
